Caribbean tourism recovering post-hurricanes

San Juan, Puerto Rico is back open for business. Despite the devastation wrought by the 2017 hurricane season, the popular ocean-side restaurants, bars, and clubs of San Juan are throwing their doors wide as the cruise ships and sun-worshipers return in 2018. For small island nations like Puerto Rico, the recovery of tourism is crucial to the recovery of their economies.
